Swiss Training

A TD may apply to be authorized to host Swiss Tourneys if s/he meets the following requirements:

  • Should be a HA, AA, or HTD in an established League. An established League shall be considered a League that has been active for at least 1 month and has hosted a minimum of 100 tournaments. Leagues moving from another Site will be considered an established League once they have been active for at least 2 weeks and have hosted a minimum of 50 tournaments in Leaga.
  • Should have hosted 50 Tourneys in Leaga. The ideal candidate is one that has successfully hosted a variety of tourney formats including SE, DE, SR and RR.
  • Must be in good standing (no rules violations)..
  • Successfully passing the Training Course provided by an authorized Swiss Trainer.
We are in the process of designing a Swiss Training Application form, in the mean time you may email your requests to balouza at leaga.com@gmail.com. .

The applicant will be emailed within 24 hours. If the application is approved, the Training should be arranged within one week.
